A short, supportive conversation to talk through your family’s needs and see if coaching is the right next step- no pressure, no judgement, just support.
You love your kids deeply, and you are doing your best.
But parenting can still feel overwhelming.
Between big emotions, daily responsibilities, and constant decision-making, many parents carry an invisible mental load that never seems to shut off. You are thinking about schedules, behaviors, emotions, routines, communication, and what you should be doing differently, often all at once.
Add in meltdowns, power struggles, and moments of reactivity, and it can leave you feeling frustrated with yourself or stuck in patterns you cannot seem to change.
You’ve tried the advice, read the books, followed the tips, and still find yourself stuck in the same patterns. If you’ve ever wondered, “Why isn’t this working?” or “Why does this feel so hard?” It’s not just you.
You are not a bad parent. You are an overwhelmed parent who needs support.
That is exactly what one-on-one coaching is designed for.
Every family looks different, and effective support should reflect that. One-on-one coaching is personalized to your family structure, your goals, and the challenges you are navigating right now.

When parents are raising children in the same home, challenges often show up as miscommunication, power struggles, or feeling like you are not on the same page. One-on-one coaching supports clearer communication, shared expectations, and routines that reduce daily tension and help parenting feel more connected and intentional.

Co-parenting can bring added complexity around communication, boundaries, and consistency across households. One-on-one coaching supports parents in navigating shared parenting with more clarity, strengthening boundaries where needed, and keeping the focus on supporting children within the family system.
Whether both parents are involved or one parent is seeking support on their own, the work focuses on creating calmer communication, clearer expectations, and more confidence in navigating co-parenting dynamics.

Parenting on your own often means carrying the full mental load and making decisions without built-in support. Coaching focuses on reducing overwhelm, simplifying systems, and building realistic strategies that work within your energy, time, and current season of life.

One-on-one coaching is not about quick fixes or perfect parenting. It is about understanding what is happening beneath the behaviors and building tools that work for your family long-term.
Rather than asking families to follow a specific parenting style (because we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all when it comes to this stuff), one-on-one coaching is guided by our developed C.A.L.M. Approach to Parenting©. This approach focuses on compassionate communication, awareness and accountability, emotional regulation, and mindful modeling because lasting change happens when parents understand what is driving behavior and have tools they can return to again and again.
The C.A.L.M. Approach© is designed to grow with your family. We revisit and apply these principles consistently, not as a checklist, but as a steady framework you can use in everyday moments. Each element is tailored to your family’s goals, needs, and values so progress feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable over time.
Our goal is to provide support that feels realistic and sustainable, not overwhelming.
"Angie is a wonderful parent educator. We're so grateful that our paths crossed with hers. She has the knowledge, experience, and tools to help parents discuss their approach and find alignment. And the tools she provides are tangible and easy to implement. We're excited and hopeful for the future. The tools and strategies she shared will really help us grow together. We'd recommend her to anyone!"
It was a huge help to me. I even took some of the action steps and mentioned them during our therapy appointment and they were amazed at our work in just 1 day of sitting down and communicating. I've started tracking my children's behaviors, triggers, ups and down to better understand them.

Each 45-minute virtual session is focused on your family’s goals and the challenges you are navigating. Sessions build on one another so progress feels steady and intentional, not rushed.

Coaching is tailored to your family’s needs, values, and priorities. We return to the C.A.L.M. principles throughout our work together so tools are reinforced and applied in real-life situations.

You will leave sessions with strategies you can use in everyday moments, including communication tools, regulation strategies, and boundary-setting support that fits your family.

After each session, you will get a recap of notes and strategies to put into practice until your next session. Between sessions, you will have unlimited email access to your arch so you can revisit what is working, what feels challenging, and where adjustments are needed. This helps changes stick and keeps you from feeling like you are starting over each week.

One-on-one coaching is a good fit for parents who want ongoing support, guidance, and accountability as they work through challenges over time. The introduction call gives us a chance to talk through what you’re experiencing and decide together if coaching feels like the right next step.
The coaching commitment consists of 6 sessions. It is recommended that you schedule sessions every other week for best results, but we understand that life gets full and we may have to work around your schedule. This is supposed to help you create more clam, not add additional stress to your life.
The 6 sessions must be used within 4 months of our first session together.
You will receive a scheduling link to book each session. All sessions will be done on Zoom followed with an email from your coach with a recap of notes and strategies to put into practice between calls.
The sessions will revolve around different pillars of the C.A.L.M. Approach©. However, we understand that things come up and you may need to use a session to discuss the current struggles you are experiencing in your home. We make sure that each session holds space for these important situations.
Every family is unique. When possible, having both parents participate in coaching can be incredibly helpful and is encouraged. That said, it is not required.
Coaching can be done together or individually. In co-parenting situations, we understand that it may not always be possible for both parents to participate in the same sessions. If both parents would like support but prefer to meet separately, customized coaching options are available and can be discussed during the introduction call.
This introduction call is not a sales call. It is a short, supportive conversation where we talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’re hoping for, and whether one-on-one coaching feels like the right fit.
We understand that parenting is a sensitive and personal topic. This conversation is designed to help you feel supported and heard, and to ensure the coaching relationship feels like a good match so you can approach the process openly and honestly while knowing space is being held for you.
There is no pressure or obligation to move forward.
If six sessions feel like more than you need right now, a 90-minute parent consultation may be a better fit. Consultations offer focused support around a specific challenge without the longer-term commitment.
